RKTech Digital provides digital services such as website design, development, SEO, and marketing. Because work is often customized and time-based, refunds depend on the project stage and costs already incurred.

Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation at any time by emailing us.
  • If work has started, cancellations apply only to remaining work not yet delivered or completed.
  • We recommend confirming scope and timelines before kickoff to avoid unnecessary changes.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are assessed based on the project stage and time already spent.
  • Completed work, delivered assets, and time spent on planning, design, development, or marketing setup are typically not refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Note: Digital services involve effort and resource allocation upfront. Refund decisions are made fairly based on work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations or renewals.
  • Third-party software/theme/plugin licenses.
  • Hosting charges billed by third-party providers.
  • Work already completed or delivered (design/dev/SEO setup, etc.).

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may delay access to deliverables and can trigger dispute handling procedures.

Rescheduling & Pauses

  • If you need to pause a project, tell us as early as possible.
  • Extended pauses may impact timelines and availability when resuming.
  • We can reschedule within reason, depending on current workload.
