This warranty covers a duration of 30 Days from the project’s go-live date. Our primary goal is to guarantee the proper and effective operation of your website, aligned with the needs communicated to our development team.
Commencing from the initial public availability of the website or any new feature, RK Tech Digital provides a comprehensive warranty for full 30 Days. This warranty assures that the website’s software and content will fulfill all functionality requirements as communicated to our team. It encompasses rectifying any bugs (programming errors) or content discrepancies reported to RK Tech Digital within the 90 Days timeframe, with no additional charges for such fixes.
The following items fall under the coverage of this warranty:
1. Ensuring that all pages of your website are properly displayed in current versions of desktop web browser software at the time of the site’s public accessibility, barring issues stemming from alterations to default browser configurations or lack of common browser plugins.
2. Guaranteeing that the website’s programming functions as intended. We commit to promptly addressing any bugs or programming errors at no cost.
3. Swift correction of all content errors, including spelling mistakes, unless these errors originated from the copy provided to us or were directly entered by the customer.
However, the warranty does not extend to problems arising from unintended website usage, customer actions or inactions, functionality not clearly communicated to our staff before the website’s public accessibility, and issues beyond our control. These include errors or updates to third-party software or website hosting, changes driven by alterations in third-party services, or adjustments to relocated links.
